Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Our Service.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All listed prices include VAT. At checkout and on the order form, the total price includes all applicable fees, VAT, and shipping costs. Colony offers payment by credit card (free of charge) or email invoice (€1). For more details, please visit "Customer Service" on www.colonyclan.com. All payments are processed by Colony Global Srl.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Colony grants you the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us (Colony) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). Your intent to withdraw must be unmistakable. Contact information can be found at the end of these terms and conditions.

When exercising your right to withdraw, you are responsible for maintaining the product in good condition. You may not use the product, but you may carefully examine it. If the goods are damaged, Colony reserves the right to seek compensation for the reduction in value. If the goods are lost due to your negligence, you forfeit your right to withdraw.

REFUND POLICY “100% MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE”

For Product Purchases:

Colony offers a 60-day “empty box” guarantee on all products. If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, please contact customer service at [email protected] to request a Return Label (RL). Complete the e-form and return the unused portion or empty box to:

Include your name as it appears on the order, or your order ID number, and attach the RL to the outside of the package.

For Membership Purchases:

Colony monthly coupon charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge date if no products were purchased using the membership. Colony 12 coupon charges are 100% refundable within 7 days if unused and 50% refundable within 90 days. No refunds are issued after 90 days.

To request a refund for a Colony coupon, email [email protected] with the name and/or ID number on the account.

For Annual Join Fees:

Colony Affiliate join fees are refundable if requested within 7 days of joining.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you place an order with Colony, you provide your personal data. By registering as a customer and placing an order, you agree that we will store and use your data to fulfill our agreement with you. If you have any concerns about our handling of your personal information or have other questions, please contact our Customer Service.

DELIVERIES

You will receive your delivery within two weeks after a valid payment is received.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Unclaimed deliveries will be returned to us. If you wish to have your package delivered again, we will charge you the costs to resend the package. A separate delivery incurs a €30 shipping and handling fee, while resending with your next delivery costs €15.

RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS

Returns due to change of mind are at your own cost. If the goods are damaged or incorrect, Colony will cover the shipping charges. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not C.O.D. or postage due. Colony can provide a return label upon request.

To exercise your right to return, you must send the goods back within 30 days of receipt. Include a completed return form and contact Customer Service before returning your goods.

RETURNS FOR AFFILIATES

Affiliates must cover return costs for change-of-mind purchases. Colony will cover shipping costs for damaged or incorrect goods. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not C.O.D. or postage due. A return document can be provided upon request. Additional administrative fees may apply.

Affiliates must return goods within 30 days of receipt. Contact Partner Service before returning your goods.

TOTAL SATISFACTION

We are confident in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact your reseller. If unresolved, contact Customer Service at [email protected] or call +39 377 67 05 618. We aim to respond within 48 hours and resolve any issues promptly.
